The Rosary is a prayer based on Scripture. Contemplative, or meditative, prayer means waiting for God. In this practice, we listen for Him, open our hearts, and respond to His invitation to meet Him in silence.

Sacred Heart invites everyone to take part in daily prayer before morning Mass. This practice helps us pause and be present with God. It encourages us to listen for His whispers and embrace His love. Join us for this meaningful experience of reflection and connection.

The Rosary’s repetition helps us pray thoughtfully about each Mystery. Saying the words gently allows us to find silence in our hearts, where Christ’s spirit lives. You can pray the Rosary alone or with others.
