For those in need of sacramental records such as baptism, first communion, or confirmation, we provide a streamlined process to assist you. 

  • Information Required: Please provide the specific type of certificate you are requesting (baptism, first communion, confirmation, heritage), specify the church and provide your name, date of birth, parents’ names, and a contact number. This information will enable us to locate your document effectively.
  • Processing Time: The processing time for certificate requests is approximately 5 to 7 days.
  • Notification: Once your certificate is ready, our parish office will contact you to notify you. We will mail the certificate to you, or you are welcome to pick it up from the parish office.
